Purpose
The International Reciprocal Trade Association, IRTA, is a non-profit organization committed to promoting just and equitable standards of practice and operation within the Modern Trade and Barter and other Alternative Capital Systems Industry, by raising the awareness and value of these processes to the entire Global Community.

    Questions and Answers About This Event

     All bookings for IRTA’s 2015 convention MUST BE MADE through IRTA, by filling-out and returning the digital convention registration form on this site. 
    The convention officially starts at the Welcome Reception at 7:00PM on Thursday evening, September 17th, 2015.  The actual educational portion of the convention starts on Friday morning at 9:00AM on September 18th, 2015.
    Business casual for the seminar educational portion.  The Awards Dinner on Saturday night is semi-formal, but business casual is acceptable, since we are in a tropical climate.
    The hotel taxes and meal plan are included in the 3-day, 3-night convention package period rates, that have a check-in of September 17th and a check-out of September 20, 2015.  The guest is responsible for the hotel taxes and meal plan taxes for any extra nights they stay beyond the 3-day package period 
    No, extra activities like fishing, kayaking and snorkeling are only offered directly by the hotel for cash.  Go to www.solmar.com and click on the “Concierge” tab and select the activities you want – bookings can be made online.

    Transportation is available by the Solmar shuttle bus at $21 per person each way, payable to the driver.
